1. About Us

Soft Pressure Ltd ("Soft Pressure", "we", "us", "our") operates the mobile massage booking platform at softpressurelondon.com. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to therapist availability and confirmation.
• Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
• By completing a booking, you confirm that the address provided is accurate and accessible for the therapist.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a £15 cancellation fee, deducted from any refund.
• No-shows (therapist arrives and cannot gain access or the customer is not present) will be charged in full.

• We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. therapist illness). In such cases, a full refund will be issued and we will endeavour to rebook you at the earliest opportunity.

4. Health and Safety

• You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications at the time of booking or before the treatment begins.
• Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if they believe it is unsafe or inappropriate for the client.
• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your GP before booking.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to book a treatment. Clients aged 16–17 may receive treatment with written parental or guardian consent.
• Our therapists will not perform treatments under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The booking will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

5. Conduct

• All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund.
• Clients must ensure a safe, clean, and private space is available for the treatment.
• Soft Pressure operates a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at our therapists.

6. Liability

• Soft Pressure Ltd is insured for public liability. Our therapists carry their own professional indemnity insurance.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from failure to disclose a medical condition or contraindication.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Soft Pressure Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
