Do gift cards expire?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We'll send a reminder before expiry.
Can the recipient choose their own therapist?
Absolutely. When redeeming, the recipient goes through the full booking flow and can choose any available therapist.
What if the treatment costs more or less than the gift card value?
Gift cards cover the full value of the booking. If the treatment costs less, the remaining balance stays on the card. If more, the recipient pays the difference.
Can I add a personal message?
