Maria co-founded Soft Pressure bringing years of hands-on experience as a professional massage therapist. She leads our therapist recruitment and quality standards, ensuring every practitioner on our platform delivers the exceptional care our clients deserve.

Every therapist on Soft Pressure London meets the same rigorous requirements — no exceptions.
DBS Checked
Every therapist holds a current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate — the UK's official criminal record check for people working in positions of trust. This is a mandatory, non-negotiable requirement for joining our platform.
Recognised Qualifications
All therapists hold ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent Level 3 or Level 4 massage therapy qualifications from accredited UK training providers. Many are also members of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists), CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), or GCMT (General Council for Massage Therapies).
Fully Insured
Every therapist carries professional liability insurance and public liability insurance. This protects both the therapist and the client in the unlikely event of an incident during a session.
Personally Interviewed
Every therapist is personally interviewed by our team before joining the platform. We verify qualifications, check references, and assess their approach to client care. Only therapists who meet our standards are listed.
